Effective January 1, 2026

Highland Concrete, concretehighland.com, hello@concretehighland.com

Who this policy covers

Highland Concrete is a concrete contractor in Highland, IN 46322. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, what we do with it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it.

It applies to this website, starting at our home page, and to the information you give us when you call, write or fill out a form to ask about a driveway, patio or other concrete job. You can read more about our business on our About page.

What information we collect

We collect what you choose to send us. When you fill out our estimate or contact form, that's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a description of the work, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio. If you attach photos, we get those too.

When you call us at (219) 533-1721 or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can follow up on your job.

Like most websites, ours also records some information automatically when you visit. That can include your browser type, device type, the pages you look at, how long you stay, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your internet address. This information doesn't tell us your name.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files your browser stores so a website can remember your visit. Our site uses them, along with analytics tools, to count visitors and see which pages people use, so we can keep the site working and make the useful pages easier to find.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some features, such as a form remembering what you typed, may not.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer your questions, schedule and give estimates, do the work you hire us for, send invoices and keep records of the job. We may also contact you about a job you asked about or one we've done for you.

We use the automatic visit information only to understand how the site is used and to fix problems with it. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other companies so they can market to you.

Who we share it with

We share information only when it's needed to run the business or the law requires it. Our contact form is handled by an outside form service, so what you type passes through that service on its way to us. Our website host, analytics provider and the tools we use for email, phone and billing may also handle your information on our behalf.

We may also share information if a law, court order or government office requires it, or to protect our rights, our crew or our customers. If the business is ever sold, customer records may go to the new owner, who would have to keep treating them under this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and job records for as long as we need them to finish the work, stand behind it and meet tax and business record-keeping rules. If you asked for an estimate and didn't hire us, we keep your request for a reasonable time in case you come back with questions, then delete it.

Analytics information is kept in summary form for as long as it's useful for understanding how the site is used.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep something for a legal or business record, and if so we'll tell you what and why.

You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on the state you live in, you may have other rights under your state's privacy law, and we'll honor those requests as that law requires.

We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, so we don't hand your information to someone else.

Keeping your information safe

We use reasonable steps to protect your information, such as limiting who can see customer records and using trusted service providers. No website or system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be exposed.

Children's privacy

Our website is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the tools we use change. The current version is always the one on this page, and if a change is significant, we'll make it clear here.

How to raise a privacy question or concern

If you have a question about this policy, want to make a request about your information or think we've handled it the wrong way, reach out through our Contact page or call us at (219) 533-1721.

Tell us what you're asking for and how to reach you. We'll reply, usually within 1 business day, and work with you until it's sorted out.
